From I-75 take EXIT 288 Main Street. Proceed West along Main Street (Hwy 113) to Erwin Street. Take a right at the traffic signal. Proceed north along Erwin to first 4-way Stop. Turn Left on Cherokee Avenue. Frank Moore Administration Building will be 2nd building on the right adjacent to the Old (Gold Dome) Courthouse. After entering the Main Entrance and through Security, take the hallway to the Right, and then first office on the Right.

The Superior Court, in the Cherokee Judicial Circuit that consists of Bartow and Gordon Counties, is the highest-ranking court in the county with original and general trial jurisdiction. This court has original, exclusive, or concurrent jurisdiction of all civil and criminal cases. Specifically, the Superior Court has exclusive jurisdiction in felony and domestic relations cases, cases concerning title to land, adoptions except for such authority granted to juvenile courts, and equity cases. The Superior Court judges also conduct probation revocation hearings and validate voter-approved bond issues. The Superior Court possesses appellate jurisdiction from judgments of the Probate and Magistrate Courts and this court is empowered to exercise general supervision over all inferior courts and to review and correct their judgments.
